Four Seasons announced a 90 key resort at Moganshan on 12 September 2025. The site is 23 hectares, given as Yu Village (庾村), and the opening year is 2030.
Then read the developer’s name twice. Zhejiang Shangyin Cultural Tourism Development Co. sits under the Deqing County Cultural and Tourism Development Group, so the county government’s own development arm is on the other side of the deal.

What this means for a visitor: Nothing is bookable. 2030 is four years out, no construction has started, and dates that far ahead move, so a visitor plans around the hotels that exist today.
