Homestays around Moganshan

The owner is a good man and the service is good. A guesthouse with real character and their own pool, and the views are lovely. I will get a few friends together and come again.

We decided on Moganshan on a whim and picked this blind, and it turned out remarkably well. The girl on reception was welcoming and had laid out fruit, drinks and bathrobes. The room is roomy and clean and the details have all been thought about, down to electric curtains, a small fridge and a smart speaker. I had not expected a guesthouse in the hills to be this well equipped. It is very quiet around it and suits older relatives and children. There is a pool outside and a bath indoors, and the fish scale weir is close, so playing in water is covered. The house is inside a museum, so you get the strangeness of the stones and the natural pieces without leaving. The children came away with necklaces made from stones they had picked out of the stream themselves. Breakfast was careful and healthy. Strongly recommended.
